Our Story
United with you. United for you.
Why We Started Solidarity Wealth
Our story began when the three of us—Jeff, Zach, and Jimmy—were working for one of the largest national private banks in the country. For years, we kept hearing the same thing from our most successful clients: “We want you to do more.”
More tax and planning advice. More involvement with the next generation. More analysis and due diligence around private investments. More coordination across their complex financial lives.
We knew a different kind of firm was possible. The sophisticated multi-family offices on the coasts were doing exactly what our clients wanted. So after years of encouragement from clients, attorneys, and CPAs who saw the gap, we made the leap.
It’s one of life’s great ironies: we had to leave a massive institution with tens of thousands of employees to start a small firm that could actually do more for the people we serve.
An Independent Multi-Family Office Built by Entrepreneurs
Today, Solidarity Wealth is a privately held, fee-only multi-family office based in Lehi, Utah. We serve entrepreneurs, executives, and their families throughout Utah County, Salt Lake City, Park City, and the broader Mountain West. We also work with clients across the country.
We’re structured as a multi-family office because our clients need more than a stock portfolio. They need someone to coordinate the full picture: investments, tax strategy, estate planning, cash flow, family governance, even bookkeeping, and bill pay. One team. One relationship. Complete visibility into their financial lives.
We’re independent because our only obligation is to you. No bank telling us what to sell. No insurance company pushing products. No outside shareholders to please. Just a team focused entirely on helping you reach your goals.
And we’re fee-only because we believe advice should be unbiased. We don’t earn commissions. We don’t collect revenue-sharing payments. It is strange to say, but the following makes us rare: The only people who pay us are our clients. We succeed when you succeed.
How We Think About Wealth Management
Relationships come first.
We don’t manage accounts; we build partnerships. Many of our clients have become close friends, and that’s not by accident. We take time to listen, to understand what matters to you, and to earn your trust over years of working together. We are proud that most of our new clients come from referrals from current clients.
Clarity creates freedom.
Financial complexity shouldn’t weigh you down. We take what feels overwhelming and make it understandable so you can make decisions with confidence. That clarity is what sets people free to focus on what actually matters most.
Wealth is about more than money.
True prosperity includes a purposeful life, strong relationships, and a legacy that reflects your values. We help you pursue all of it, not just the numbers on a statement.
We’re in your corner.
Building a business is hard. Managing significant wealth is complicated. You don’t have to figure it out alone. We’re here as your sounding board, your advocates, and your partners through every stage of the journey.
